  • timelines: working backwards from March, one month for special contributions, ~3 months for general participation, audits in Oct. (SigmaPrime) and August (Secbit). special contribution around devcon? (hashing a photo of the crowd)

  • Queuing Proposal
  • Identification Proposal
  • Circom updates
  • Ceremony Specs repo
  • Open Issues/Next steps: Marius will create some test cases, carl will clean up spec and make public monday, trent will start to coordinate around devcon and website, geoff will write down API spec, rust multithreading
