Clicking on a ¶ doesn't update the address bar

Hi 👋

I always get confused when using the new wiki, as I normally want to share links to specific sections of it (e.g. https://eth.wiki/json-rpc/API#eth_getstorageat).

I normally try clicking the ¶ next to the section's title, to copy its permalink from the address bar, but it never gets updated. I just discovered that I can right-click and copy the address using the contextual menu, but it's a bit annoying and still confusing.

I tried this on chrome and on a fresh installation of firefox, and got the same result.
