ETF 2.1.0: Release due date

as a new version of ETF-Validator is planned, it would be nice to know when it will be released.

Due date is not set in the next milestone:

@DeordD - Thank you for your patience. The Steering Group will discuss the plans for ETF releases for 2020 in the next 1-2 months. We will update this issue and add target dates in milestones once we have more information.
