Zoom to cursor when using mouse wheel and SVG set to 100% #11

When zooming in using the scroll wheel can it zoom to the location of the cursor?
This functionality works when the actual px size is used.
However, if the SVG width and height are set to 100% it no longer zooms to cursor.
