Changes

Many commits in support of simplifying and securing importing data from remote server. Sudo no longer required on remote.

  • 84bc0a0: Install mysql client on backup servers for direct mysqldump
  • 7ea1f98: Use known user, not no user, when mysqldump user unspecified
