Can't start Optolith.exe on Windows after Installation

Describe the bug

I installed Optolith using the "989002-OptolithSetup_1.5.1.exe" that I bought at Ulisses Web shop.
After Installation and start nothing visible happens. Task Manager is only showing three "Optolith.exe".

To Reproduce

1. Install using the setup on Windows
2. start using Prammes menu entry
3. nothing happens but three tasks in task manager

This is the same issue on Linux. So the AppImage is unusable as well.

There is an instruction in the Discord of "Project Optolith" that solves that issue. You need some extension data to get it running. Shame that this is not written on the Ulisse page :D
