Not opening file in Internet Explorer If directly opening in browser but "Save and Open" options works.

Greetings !!

I am using the filesaver.js to download the HTML Blob object in excel file.

IE browser giving blank excel file if selects "Open" option instead of "Save and Open". with prompt message

Earlier it was working fine.
Recently, Microsoft has run some security updates for Microsoft office on July 12th and because of that facing the blank excel issue.

Below link mentions some security update in excel released on 12th July.

I believe this security update (KB3115262) blocked opening excel file generated through JavaScript.

FileSaver.js is not synced as per new updates in Microsoft office.

I would really appreciate your expert comments on this issue.
