User is asked to verify with another session even when only logged in to a single session

Steps to reproduce

• Create account without setting up security key
• Log out of all sessions
• Login
• See prompt asking you to verify, the only option is to use another login

- Click use another login

What happened to the UI here that used to show a little computer and phone icon to give you a hint that you need to open a client that is likely on a separate physical device? I mean in this case I shouldn't be asked to use another login at all but this UI barely tells you anything. "Accept on your other login" does not really make sense.
