Migrating Scry to Crystalline

I just wanted to comment that I added a link for this project in the README of an old one https://github.com/crystal-lang-tools/scry I had some similar ideas in the past years ago but I got busy with other things, I'm getting all my things together now and trying to collaborate again😄

Please hurry up because seems as if Crystal doesn't have any LSP anymore, and that Scry is dead.
