Telemetry for Actions

• Add telemetry to ui_actions.
• Add ability to opt-in into telemetry.
• Record in which app action was executed.
• Allow actions to add extra telemetry data (not possible).

Personally, these are the metric I would be interested in:
For dashboard drill-downs

• Number of drill-downs per clusters - from that I can also calculate the ratio of clusters using drill-down
• Number of drill-down created in the past 90 days and 30 days - having the intervals helps evaluate whether people use a feature more. It is helpful especially as we plan to add more features to drill-downs over time and to see whether this feature increased adoptation (or the opposite)
• Drill down destination counter - meant to answer which of the destination drill-downs people use more of. Do users prefer to drill down to a dashboard? a URL? Discover? or to the SIEM app?

For sharing:

• Total number of shares per cluster- how many times sharing was used
• Total number of shares per cluster over the past 90 days and 30 days
• Total number of share per destinations - where do people share to email? slack? whatsapp?
  Total number of share per destinations in the past 90 and 30 days
