Enhancement request: add gap_policy to visual builder

Currently, the Visual Builder does not support setting the gap_policy in case of a serial difference computation. The only setting supported is 'lag'. If a gap_policy can be set one would be able to replace the null values with zeros, thereby allowing to calculate the serial difference with, for instance, a previous month.

For a use case, please refer to the bug report: https://discuss.elastic.co/t/serial-diff-missing-data/122075/3. Addition of a gap_policy would allow to compare the turnover of a new client, since such a client has no turnover in a previous month. As a result, the client would be highlighted in case of a serial difference computation of the turnover. The same holds for a client that is no longer buying

Can you please update me about the status of this enhancement request?

We still really need this missing functionality of "gap_policy" in the TSVB. Our clients are asking for it, since we cannot show them all data that they really want to see.

In the meantime our kibana is updated to version 6.5.4, but as far as I can see the "gap_policy" is still not available in TSVB. Please let me know if I am wrong.
