Summary

Add the Azure integration installation form, with provided support for ARM Template flow.
This task will be centered around 3 main components:

• Azure integration installation form
• On save Modal
• Add Agent Flyout

1. Enable the Azure option on integration version 1.6.0 and above and display the matching form on selection
2. Add account type selection switch component between org or single account for azure, should be saved into azure.account_type field in the policy, values should be organization-account or single-account. NOTE: org account option shuold be disabled initially, until this capability will be supported by cloudbeat
3. In the Setup Access section add the credentials type switch, should be saved to azure.credentials_type, expected values are organization-account-azure or single-account-azure
4. The Manual installation option should be disabled for starts, this option will be enabled on a follow up task.
5. Add the Getting started guide and documentation links
6. On Save & Continue click, open the modal window shown above. NOTE: this modal will need to be added into fleet's code, and not out the custom UI component. refer to this PR by @opauloh to see an example.

1. Add link for Azure resource manager
2. Add instructions steps to the modal. NOTE: only steps 1 and 2 are needed
3. On save, open the ARM page using the provided URL template from the policy. Make sure the variables in the link are replaced with the matching values selected in the form.

2. On Launch ARM Template, open the ARM page using the provided URL template from the policy. Make sure the variables in the link are replaced with the matching values selected in the form.
