[Uptime][Monitor Management][Firefox] Monitor type select is unresponsive

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from source.

Describe the bug:

Monitor type select inside Monitor Management form does not allow for the selection of different types. Only seems to affect Firefox browser.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into Kibana.
2. Navigate to APM -> Uptime -> Monitor Management.
3. Click on add "Add Monitor".
4. Try to change monitor.

Expected behavior:
Monitor Type changes to selected type.
