Customizable Color Picker

This is the current color picker in Canvas. Can we add preset colors to the color picker that the user can select? We also would like to store custom colors in the color picker as well.

Predefined color palette swatches are now supported. Saving custom selections is still TBD

In case it's of any reference value, the Canvas color picker has added the requested functionality since this issue was originally posted. In now looks like this:

I'm closing this one out. EuiColorPicker now allows you to pass in swatches. How or should those swatches be saved feels closer to the consumer end of this component.
