The ToastList / EuiGlobalToastList documentation is currently missing the Demo HTML.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to https://elastic.github.io/eui/#/display/toast
Click on ToastList's Demo HTML Tab

I suppose this is because the EuiGlobalToastList doesn't actually result in any HTML at compile time, in which case: should this tab be removed?
