Feature parity with the default exchange

There's a couple things missing from the default exchange experience.

The first is the notification that feedback is available, as well as a link to fetched feedback

The second is the folder structure, which in the default exchange includes a folder named after the submission timestamp.

I would be good to mirror the look and experience of the default exchange in nbexchange
