Can't retrieve extension from admin panel #664
Comments
@amvanbaren Can you take a look at this one? We have unpublish requests that are starting to back up |
@amvanbaren Are there changes you made deployed on staging and not production that might impact this? I just tried this again on staging and I was able to retrieve an extension and un-publish it. |
@kineticsquid Staging is running a newer webui version (0.8.0). It adds the terms and conditions text below the download button. That shouldn't impact the ability to unpublish an extension. It is ready to be deployed though: EclipseFdn/open-vsx.org#1581 When you try to unpublish an extension on open-vsx.org and it doesn't work, let me know at what time you tried to unpublish. I can then search the logs for exceptions at the given time. |
Shoot... I swear it worked when I tried this yesterday. It's not the delete that fails... I just can't get to that point. Finding an extension fails, if the extension exists. Here's a quick video from staging, from the admin panel:

@amvanbaren This appears to be working now in production. Would you check too. If you agree, we can close this. |
@kineticsquid I'm not an admin on the production instance. |
Thanks! |
Open the admin panel and select 'Extensions'. Enter any valid namespace and extension and search. Page never returns with results. If you enter an non-existent extension, it returns immediately with 'not found'. Happens on both production and staging.
