[Create/update project] Cannot remove linked releases

Description

Issue: Missing Delete Functionality for Linked Releases

Current Situation:
The new frontend lacks the ability to remove linked releases, which was previously available in the old Liferay version of SW360.

Comparison:

• Old Liferay Version:
  • Had a delete icon next to each linked release.
  • Users could easily remove linked releases using this icon.

• New Frontend:
  • No delete icon is present next to linked releases.
  • Currently no way to remove linked releases.

Expected Behavior:
The new frontend should provide a way to remove linked releases, similar to the functionality that existed in the old version.
