docs: change top level menu bar

Currently in the top level menu bar there are 2 links defined:

• Score
• Eclipse SDV

We discussed in the process group that it would be more clear if we could remove the Link to Score (is already included if you click on the Score logo in the top left corner and maybe move the eclipse SDV link to an icon next to the link to github in the top right menu

Also would it be possible to increase the size of the top level menu? Currently it shows the "more" button but there would be still place left for additional entries

The idea of the MarCom community is to combine the websites https://eclipse-score.github.io/ & https://eclipse-score.github.io/score/main/, so the link to SCORE in the navigation of https://eclipse-score.github.io/score/main/ can be removed in the future.

Linking to the Eclipse Project via an Icon is in my opinion a good idea, because it adds consistency: Links to internal pages are "text" and links to external pages are "icons".
