Function documentation not run?

Just installed the package but not seeing the documentation for the main function (although I see that there is the necessary code for it in salmonIPM.r).

?salmonIPM::salmonIPM()
Error in .helpForCall(topicExpr, parent.frame()) :
no methods for ‘salmonIPM’ and no documentation for it as a function

Would a simple call to devtools::document() and pushing whatever it creates fix this?
