ValueError: numpy.dtype size changed, may indicate binary incompatibility. Expected 96 from C header, got 88 from PyObject

While installing and running ebel this error occurs, which might be due to conflict between pandas and numpy versions. I guess numpy version in pyproject.toml should be numpy = ^1.20.3 .
