The transition to a "local CI" solved and opened up a few issues.

We need to discuss what are the current limitations and resolve them.

  • Offline work
  • Cache issues
  • just must not alter the project permanently
  • just may swallow errors
  • Avoid nightly
  • Avoid too many package installations
  • ...
