App tracking blocklists not updated for years

I reporting a issue regarding the app tracking blocklists duckduckgo maintains, in the support pages it says the blocklists are kept up to date but on the github repo which has the blocklist it looks like they have not been updated in years.

Just wanted to reach out and ask if it would be possible for you guys to update the github blocklists or if you have moved away from sharing your blocklists.
