Allow secret creation via environment variable

I think it would be a lot easier to grab secrets by allowing the secrets to be grabbed from an environment variable instead of generating every time. This would allow secrets to be defined in Gitlab CI. Stacks could then be defined in Gitlab repos and deployed via code.
