defectdojo_jira_product_configuration resource missing custom_fields attribute

When using a jira workflow that requires certain fields to be populated before a ticket can be created, the custom_fields attribute for a jira_product_configurations is required in order to map those jira custom fields to Dojo data attributes (or fixed values).

It would be super useful to add this field to the defectdojo_jira_product_configuration resource, as the current workaround is having to manually change each product configuration after running a terraform apply.
