VMR Restore failed.

/vmr/.dotnet/sdk/10.0.100-alpha.1.24555.54/Sdks/NuGet.Build.Tasks.Pack/buildCrossTargeting/NuGet.Build.Tasks.Pack.targets(221,5): error NU5023: The assets file produced by restore does not exist. Try restoring the project again. The expected location of the assets file is /vmr/src/roslyn/artifacts/obj/Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.ExternalAccess.RazorCompiler/project.assets.json. [/vmr/src/roslyn/src/Tools/ExternalAccess/RazorCompiler/Microsoft.CodeAnalysis.ExternalAccess.RazorCompiler.csproj]

Im going to try to rerun this one. If it doesnt light up, then I've added the VMR tag for this to be investigated. While possible that this roslyn change is breaking, its only impacted the VMR, and based on the changelist I suspect it to be a transient issue or VMR issue.
