The ARM and ARM64 tests.lst files need to be regenerated.

Namely:

tests\arm\Tests.lst
tests\arm64\Tests.lst

With dotnet/coreclr#13994, the BenchmarkGame tests were disabled from running on ARM and ARM64 because they were all renamed. We need to get these re-added to the tests.lst files with the correct names, so they will be run.

The BenchmarksGame tests were manually added a long time ago.

Closing this, since we think they will be made obsolete soon. Plus, we've been doing manual updates on them for a long while.
