Pending PR #80382 once checked as is, only supports windows for the time being. This will impact the following 2 tests,

These tests need to be enabled in non-windows platforms

DiagnosticSourceEventSourceTests is now cross-platform and there is a simple test that is enabled in CI for cross-platform release builds. The Diagnostic tests are being gradually brought up for testing in CI.
