Hi, From my previous experience of using WRF4PALM, this is normal and the PALM simulations give reasonable results. Have you had a test PALM run with the dynamic driver? How are the results compared to WRF and observations? I will leave this open as others may have more experience than me. Thanks |

Dear developers,
I successfully created a dynamic file from WRF output using WRF4PALM. When I checked the output files, I found that the values for u wind component geostrophic and v wind component geostrophic are very high (please kindly check the text files I attached to this post for details). I would like to ask if it is normal to have such high values of ls_forcing_ug and ls_forcing_vg?
Thank you very much for your attention. I attached my namelist.wrf4palm and a text file that contains ls_forcing_ug and ls_forcing_vg for your reference.
namelist.wrf4palm.txt
ug_vg.txt
