No event is being fired after the store's query method is called.

The fact that each page change doesn't emit dgrid-refresh-complete is intentional. However, #582 was opened with the notion of adding a distinct event for this purpose. Meanwhile, it's possible to aspect on gotoPage which always returns a promise.
