Because of the deprecation of this bundle mentioned in #156, we need to communicate this to the contributors and users of this bundle. One path of communication is this introduction of a PR template, that mentions the deprecation to a contributor, who wants to create a new PR. This pull request introduces this mentioned path of communication.
