Docker-Machine doesn't support proxy

Hi
It could be better if docker-machine support adding proxy to those generated master/client node.
manually adding those config to each node is disaster for the lab environment which cant connect to network directly.

I hear you... This is a common request so I think I will consolidate a few of the issues into one proposal to add such functionality.

If I understand correctly, you would like to be able to configure HTTP_PROXY for the Docker daemon, and consequently all containers created with it, no?
