Role Groups dropdown expands when clicking on the role group Delete icon

Description of bug

In the Roles panel, when a custom role group is selected, clicking on the delete icon of the selected role group makes the delete confirmation popup to show up, but also expands the role groups dropdown.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Roles panel
2. Click on "Create New Role"
3. Click on the "Role Group" dropdown and select "[New Group]"
4. Type "New Group" in the "Group Name"
5. Click "Save"
6. Click "Cancel"
7. Select "New Group" in the role groups dropdown
8. Click on the delete icon next to "New Group"

Current behavior

The role groups dropdown expands, and the delete confirmation dialog is displayed.

Expected behavior

The role groups dropdown should stay collapsed.
