Snips "No Track Playing", Web Helper Running Fine #302

Snips used to work fine, but the past week of trying to make it work has shown that something is wrong. The web helper for Spotify is running, Snips is obviously detecting that Spotify is running, yet it only shows "No Track Playing". Uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify, but the problem is still unresolved.
