Suppose the following users are members of an Unsaved Conference Chat: Anish, Lennox, Ayesha & Rylan
Since Rylan is the creator of the conference chat he will see his name has "You"
So the name of the Conference Chat will be as following: "Anish, Ayesha, Lennox, You"
