Include Browse by taxonomy module into the build

About

• Include the module https://github.com/digitalutsc/browse_by_taxonomy to standard build
• Setup the view and export configs (if needed) and test the build again.

• Enable module.

• Make sure the view (ie. https://memory.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/browse-subjects) is loaded, if anything need work, make modification neeeded.

Module is included in the browse_by_taxonomy branch (i.e. https://github.com/digitalutsc/islandora-lite-site/tree/browse_by_taxonomy)

Notes/Observations:

• browse_by_taxonomy branch has the updated php dependencies (8.2 and higher) in composer.lock file
• "browse by subject" tab will only show subjects that have been attributed current nodes (e.g. repo items)
  • e.g. if an admin has created three subjects (subject1, subject2, subject3), but only subject1 has been added to a node, then in "browse by subject" tab, subject1 will only be shown
• numbers do not work as subject names
