Add News tab

Background
OASIS has become more established and we're now exploring collaborations as well as doing some more varied dissemination activities (e.g. guest podcasts, webinars, pieces for various magazines, etc.). We'd like a page where we can share details of these things.

What we'd like
A page that supports varied content including:

• videos (most likely youtube hosted)
• audio content
• podcast widget
• pictures

The pages needs to be editable by us, as we expect to update content regularly.

I'd like your thought on how this can be realised. Given the issues we've had with editing anything on the current website, we might have to consider other options.

@paluchas After our conversation today, I just want to reiterate that we would like this done, but we don't want it to balloon and take too much time. If there are particular things that are causing issues, please let us know and we might be happy to let them go or look for alternatives.
