Inconsistent search results in search and browse

there's something very odd about Stillingfleet, for example, if you search the online database for 'Stillingfleet', five entries appear, four of which show Stillingfleet as a place. Then if you scroll down, on the left-hand side, you come to a list of four places, and Stillingfleet is one, obviously a place recorded in the places table in the database.

However, if you go to 'Browse places', 'view all places' and search (control-F) for Stillingfleet, nothing appears, which is very strange.

Not sure if this is the same issue, but I've had an entry dated at Owston, near Selby. There are two entries on the website that mention that place (one from Hutton's register, one from the pre-Greenfield vacancy that I indexed), but it's not in the spreadsheet list or in the list of places on the website?
