Strange System.UnauthorizedAccessException during build using latest version

Repro is very simple - I have ConsoleApp on Mac using .NET 7, using Moq 4.20.1 and have only one following warning on build:

0>CSC: Warning AD0001 : Analyzer 'Moq.SponsorLinker' threw an exception of type 'System.UnauthorizedAccessException' with message 'Access to the path '/usr/local/share/dotnet/sdk/7.0.400-preview.23352.1/Roslyn/bincore/%TEMP%\1M5Ot' is denied.'.

well since a http request is been made they have your ip already
