Follow up to #133 and #134, to improve the information that's shown inside an environment. Currently it looks like this:

Would like to adjust the listing to a nicer format like these crude sketches:

As previously mentioned, I think that there are two things you are trying to show here and it is important not to conflate the two:

• What revisions exist and are active on what channels (current state)
• What is the change history of the application and channels over time (past states)

Let me know if I'm misunderstanding how you're proposing to render these, or if you want to discuss further - happy to have my developer goggle adjusted.

There is a weird thing at the moment where the application audit history renders on each channel page under the channel info. It should be on the application page.
