Meeting setup and comms for Cohort 1 Show & Tell

The Feb 18th Show & Tell is currently set up as a normal WG meeting, but as discussed on the call, we want it to be a public event that anybody can attend:

• If we can, it would be ideal to convert the current meeting to require registration (this might be possible using an existing Zoom subscription?) We don't necessarily care about using "Zoom Webinar", happy to rely on attendees using the honour system to not speak (if not team or mentor)
• Update the calendar invite if needed
• Share on socials / blog / other channels (mailing lists, Discord, Slack, blog, X, LinkedIn?)
• Ensure current invitees don't need to register (can import)
