What happened?

Hello, just installed the Barrier v2.4.0 release for windows

And when i try to start the server, in the logs is keep seeing

[2022-11-08T11:19:53] ERROR: ssl certificate doesn't exist: C:\Users\[Redacted]\AppData\Local\Barrier\SSL\Barrier.pem

Is this a bug? Or am i supposed to generate this SSL certificate myself?
