Buy Cargo screen - buy specific amount buttons unresponsive

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter Buy Cargo screen
2. Tap on numeric value button to buy some of a product (eg if there are 11
Firearms available, click on the 11)
3. Notice that the buy cargo dialog doesn't always appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clearly every time I tap on the value I expect the dialog to appear.
Currently it doesn't always do that - especially when I make a quick tap;
it seems to work better if I hold down the button for about half a second.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DN 1.030, iPhone 3.0
