[bug] TuMangaOnline only saving the first file of each chapter when saving as CBZ

• I'm using the latest version.
• All website modules are up to date.

• This is not temporary server issue.

System information
Windows 10 64bits

Describe the bug
When using FMD2 to download from TuMangaOnline and saving format is set to CBZ it will only save the first file from each chapter and the rest of the files won't be added to the CBZ file, all files but the first one from the chapter are left on the original folder where they were downloaded meaning it successfully created the CBZ file and moved the first file to it but didn't add the other files.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Options->Save to'
2. Click on the 'CBZ' format under Save downloaded chapter as
3. Download any manga from TuMangaOnline and wait until it finishes processing at least a chapter.
4. Check the resulting CBZ file which will have only one file/image from the chapter.

Expected behavior
The final CBZ file should have all the files from the chapter that were previously downloaded and not just one file inside.

Screenshots
Here are some screenshots to show what I mentioned before:
1 - a CBZ file after a chapter was downloaded that only has the first image of the chapter.

2 - The folder for that chapter were the other images are still present after the CBZ file for that chapter was created, only the first image (001.jpg) is missing, the rest of the images are there.

Additional context
I also noticed that the chapter order is not downloaded correctly, on other websites like NineMangaES each chapter is downloaded in order starting from the first chapter and then the second, etc, but on TuMangaOnline chapters are downloaded in random order, one chapter at the time.
