Popup, který upozorňuje na to, že používáme cookies. Teoreticky by se neměly shromažďovat údaje dokud uživatel neodsouhlasí. A nebo ne?

No, teď je to ještě složitější, protože bychom vůbec neměli GA používat, pokud nám to uživatel nedovolí. Existuje způsob, jak používat GA bez cookies na základě otisku prstu uživatele -- viz https://github.com/tomvej/tvrz-remesla-web/blob/master/gatsby-browser.js
