Placeholder. - Getting this issue in place after a conversation at the Dart conference.

Here, we'll:

  • document the kinds of code generation that OverReact is doing today with transformers, to serve as data points for current-day use cases of Dart code generation
  • discuss potential paths forward to using the build package for that code generation

Existing OverReact codegen info (todo: consolidate this info into this issue)
