There is a dedicated CNCF email group for the Dapr Community Manager. This has been created to prevent spamming all Dapr maintainers for community manager specific messages.

The email list is: cncf-dapr-community-managers@lists.cncf.io

The community@dapr.io alias need to be updated to this email list.
