Access to localhost was denied #25

After navigating to http://localhost:5000/ and signing in, the page says :

"Access to localhost was denied. You don't have authorization to view this page.
HTTP ERROR 403"

I'm unable to see any processing of notebooks.

If you're on macOS, try disabling the AirPlay Receiver as described here.
