When a file is Released the location in the filesystem is checked and compared to the tags it contains.
The new Tags are set with the tools package functions like SetMp3Tags.

The improvement here is that the new Tags added to the Song are very basic (just using the compatible filenames).

Instead of this it should check the Tags it already has and the .description files to get the best Tags possible for every situation.
