Additional Context

The web-vault want's to do something with the invited_by_email and fails because it is null. It might be as easy as just letting that be a "". But not sure.

Comparing the working version with a none working link, it seems to be missing the parameters ?organizationId=_&organizationUserId=_& in the start of the link, which was probably introduced by #4827 so
